Statement of Vision, Mission and Purpose
Vision
To be the leading voice promoting excellence in care for children, youth, and families in Rhode Island.
Mission
To positively impact service delivery systems through collaborating, educating, and advocating on behalf of members agencies.
Purpose
The primary obligation of the Council is to support direct services organizations in the state, and to provide limited direct services when no other reasonable alternative is available, or when it is the best interest of children, youth, and families in Rhode Island.
